In short
Smael Mondon Jr. is a special-teams player at left inside linebacker for PHI — 69% of the kicking snaps over 8 weeks. He has a knee injury. In week 8 he practised limited, then practised in full. His team has not listed him on the final report. We say he plays — 87%, in a band that plays 94% of the time. We have said PLAY since 83 hours before kickoff, and we changed our mind on the way.

P1, from inside this practice week, lists Mondon among the eight FULL PARTICIPATION players and states he "was upgraded from limited on Wednesday to full on Thursday" — an improving knee trajectory that supports the PLAY call.

The reader's full reasoning
The rest of the reading
P2 confirms the knee limitation was genuine earlier in the same week (Mondon on the LIMITED list alongside Smith, Hunt, Greenard, Ojomo and Carter), so the full session reads as recovery, not a fresh problem. The one soft note is that P1's explicit "They'll play on Sunday" sentence names six other full participants and omits Mondon, but nothing in either passage reports a setback or a game designation, so this is a withheld endorsement rather than contradicting evidence.
