Return2PLAi are interested in the privacy and safety of our visitors. Our Sites (defined below) contain forms through which users may request information or provide feedback to us. How Do We Protect Your Information

Adequate safeguards are employed to secure Personal Information shared with us. However, we cannot guarantee protection against unauthorized access or data breaches.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Sites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Sites. 

Emails requesting sensitive information should be reported immediately as unauthorized and suspicious.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for promotional purposes, excluding text messaging opt-in data.

Will We Change This Privacy Policy?

Governing Laws

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A. All matters relating to the Sites and this Policy, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction). ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS POLICY OR THE SITES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
