Zay Jones A Deep-League Flex Option Only In Week 1
one year ago

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones burst onto the scene last year as the second passing option for quarterback Trevor Lawrence. The former Raider ended the year as the WR26 after his absurd WR85 ADP in 2022. With Calvin Ridley now the likely top option for this team, Jones is the third or fourth option at best in this upstart passing attack. While Jones will probably outperform his ADP once again (WR60 in 2023), he's merely a touchdown or bust option against the Colts in Week 1. Jones will have a couple of weeks where he leads the team in receiving, but I wouldn't bet on that being against Indy. The NCAA career receptions leader is merely a deep-league flex consideration.
