Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers continues to get as much volume as he can handle in this new offense. There have only been two games so far this year where he's seen less than six targets. The matchup against the Seattle Seahawks will be a tougher one despite the fact that they're ranked 25th in terms of fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers. Since Week 4, the Seahawks have been much better against the passing game, but Flowers should still hold quite a bit of value due to volume. He should be considered a mid-to-low-level WR2 in Week 9.
