Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers only saw one target during the team's blowout win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 9 despite the fact that he led the team in routes run with 31. In Week 10, he'll take on the Cleveland Browns who currently rank second against opposing wide receivers. They only give up an average of 25.5 fantasy points in PPR leagues to opposing wide-receiving corps. They did give up some big games to both the Colts and Seahawks, but the fact that the team has started leaning more on the run makes Flowers a riskier start. He can be considered WR3/flex heading into this tougher matchup in Week 10.
