As expected, Baltimore Ravens rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers (calf) is officially active to face the Miami Dolphins on Sunday in a big matchup in the AFC in Week 17. Flowers will suit up for this one, but there's a chance that the 23-year-old first-round wideout could have his snaps limited, making him a little extra risky in starting fantasy lineups with championships on the line. In the impressive Monday night beatdown of the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16, Flowers showed out, catching nine of a season-high 13 targets for 72 yards and a touchdown. Despite the fact that he may not be 100 percent in this one, fantasy managers would be hard-pressed to bench the Ravens' leading receiver in a game that should be high-scoring. Flowers is on the WR2/3 borderline.
