Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard (groin) won't play on Sunday night against the Eagles. The Pro-Bowler suffered a groin injury during the Week 6 meeting with the Carolina Panthers, so many had expected he wouldn't be available for this one. Nevertheless, with Jalen Ramsey (knee) still out for Miami, Jalen Hurts and company could have an easier time finding the end zone in Week 7.
