Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis (foot) finds himself on the Week 10 injury report with a foot injury, but he was listed as a full practice participant on Wednesday. It's worth noting, but the Titans have already named Levis as their starter for this Sunday's contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It will be the 24-year-old's third career start as Ryan Tannehill rehabs a high-ankle sprain. Tannehill, who was limited in practice on Wednesday, will handle backup duties when he returns to full health. Levis tossed four touchdowns in his first NFL start in Week 8 but wasn't as effective in last Thursday night's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, although he still flashed plenty of upside and nearly led the team to a game-winning drive at the end of the fourth quarter. He will have some QB1 upside in Week 10 against the porous Tampa defense.
