Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (ankle) was able to get through another full practice session on Friday. This is great news as it appears the rookie quarterback is in line to start against the Houston Texans in Week 17. Levis sat out last week's game due to a nagging ankle issue, but that appears to be behind him. The Titans will be glad to have Levis back, but his fantasy outlook isn't too great for this week. Levis has looked sluggish lately and shouldn't be considered anything more than a low-end QB2 for this upcoming matchup.
