Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis (ankle) is expected to start for the team in Week 17's contest versus the Texans on the road in Houston on Sunday. The writing was on the wall for this to be the case when Levis returned to a full practice on Wednesday after missing the Week 16 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The 24-year-old reportedly was moving around well in practice earlier this week, but he's also still dealing with some pain, so fantasy managers should expect some of his mobility to be limited when he takes on the Texans and their underrated defense this weekend. Levis has shown glimpses of being a solid franchise QB for the Titans in his first NFL season, but he's been far too inconsistent with limited receiving weapons to be trusted by fantasy managers as anything more than a low-end QB2. Veteran Ryan Tannehill will head back to the bench in Week 17.
