Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis was named the team's starter moving forward, and Ryan Tannehill (ankle) will serve as his backup when he returns. The rookie signal-caller draws a great matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 10. The Buccaneers allowed 470 passing yards and five passing touchdowns to rookie CJ Stroud in Week 9. On the season, Tampa Bay has surrendered the second-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks. All that said, Levis has at least some streaming appeal in this NFC vs. AFC bout. He is dealing with a minor foot injury, but he practiced in full to begin the week and should not be at risk of being limited in this spot. The chance for a big game is there, but it's always tough to trust a rookie in his third NFL game. Consider him a mid-level QB2 play this weekend.
