Week 16 Return "Most Likely" For Aaron Rodgers

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) has a "likely" return date of December 24, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That's the date of the Jets' Week 16 game against the Commanders, which Rodgers and the team are targeting for his miraculously quick return to game action. Of course, if the Jets fall out of contention before then or Rodgers experiences a setback, he could be held out for the remainder of the season. As it stands now, though, Gang Green plans to roll out its flashy offseason addition before the regular season comes to an end. His eventual return would vault Garrett Wilson back into high-end WR2 range while improving the offensive efficiency as a whole (and therefore benefitting someone like Breece Hall).
