Tyrod Taylor Won’t Start In Week 14

New York Giants quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ribs) was designated for return from the injured reserve list on Monday but will not start in Week 14 against the Green Bay Packers. Giants head coach Brian Daboll announced on Tuesday that Tommy Devito will be the team's starting quarterback this week. Taylor was New York's starter for three games this season but injured his ribs early in Week 8, which landed him on the injured reserve list. In two full starts this year, the veteran quarterback totaled 479 pass yards and two touchdowns. If he's active in Week 14, he should serve as DeVito's backup on Monday night.
