Tyrod Taylor Won't Practice Wednesday

New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll said that quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ribs) will not practice on Wednesday. It doesn't come as a surprise after Taylor suffered a rib injury in the Week 8 overtime loss to the New York Jets and then had to spent the night in the hospital for precautionary observation. Normal starter Daniel Jones (neck) hasn't played in three games, but he was cleared for contact on Sunday and is practicing without limitations on Wednesday. Nothing is official yet, but things are trending toward Jones returning to the starting gig this Sunday to face the Las Vegas Raiders. Taylor almost led the G-Men to an upset over the Buffalo Bills in Week 6 and then beat the Washington Commanders 14-7 in Week 7 before losing in overtime to the Jets this past weekend.
