Tyrod Taylor Remains In The Hospital

New York Giants quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ribs), who suffered a rib injury in the Week 8 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday, stayed in a hospital overnight. Head coach Brian Daboll said Taylor was dealing with sore ribs, but he might also have further damage. The fact that he remains in the hospital on Monday morning isn't a good sign for his availability heading into the Week 9 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. With Daniel Jones (neck) missing the last three games, the Giants will almost certainly add a signal-caller to their roster this week. However, Jones was cleared for contact on Sunday morning and is expected to practice on Wednesday, so he could be making his return for the G-Men in Week 9.
