Tyrod Taylor Getting The Start In Place Of Daniel Jones
one year ago

New York Giants quarterback Tyrod Taylor will be under center on Sunday night with starter Daniel Jones (neck) ruled out. This will be the 34-year-old's first start since the 2021 season and it will come against one of his former teams, the Buffalo Bills. The Bills recently lost key pieces on their defense (linebacker Matt Milano and cornerback Tre'Davious White) but still have enough talent on that side of the ball to make things difficult for Taylor. The G-Men will be without several members of their offensive line, including tackle Andrew Thomas. That could force Taylor into rushed throws to avoid the pass rush, something that Daniel Jones has had to do often this season. Taylor is only worth using in Superflex and 2QB leagues but he's still a desperation play.
