Tyquan Thornton Back On The Practice Field
one year ago

New England Patriots wide receiver Tyquan Thornton (shoulder) returned to practice on Tuesday as the team opened his 21-day window to return from Injured Reserve. The second-year wideout missed the first five weeks of the season while on IR, but he could make his 2023 debut in Week 6 against the Las Vegas Raiders if he looks good the rest of the week in practice. The 23-year-old has been dealing with a shoulder injury since Aug. 17. New England has scored just three points in two blowout losses in the last two weeks, so they could use any extra help on offense they can get moving forward. Thornton will give New England another weapon, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to have a very big role right away whenever he returns to game action.
