Tyler Lockett Snags First Touchdown Since Week 2
one year ago

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (hamstring) led the team in receptions and yardage in Week 8, catching eight of his nine targets for 81 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's victory over the Cleveland Browns. Most of his production came in the first quarter, finishing the opening period with five receptions for 59 yards and the touchdown, his first since Week 2. Lockett carried a questionable tag in Week 8 as an injury to his hamstring kept him from practicing on Wednesday and Thursday. His performance came as a pleasant surprise for fantasy managers who stuck with Lockett in spite of the designation and the matchup against the league's stingiest pass defense. In Week 9, Lockett will be tested again when the Seahawks travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens' stout secondary.
