Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (Achilles) is officially active for Week 4 versus the Indianapolis Colts. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity on Friday. While Puka Nacua, Tutu Atwell, and Kyren Williams have emerged as key contributors for Los Angeles this season, Matthew Stafford has still shown a tendency to look Higbee's direction. The veteran is a low-end fantasy TE1 on Sunday.
