Tyler Boyd Not An Ideal Fantasy Option In Week 6
one year ago

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd entered the Week 5 meeting with Arizona as the No. 2 option on the depth chart. Tee Higgins (ribs) didn't play, so Boyd had a chance to benefit from an increase in attention from Joe Burrow. While Ja'Marr Chase thrived, the former Pittsburgh Panther had just 39 yards off six catches. Granted, that wasn't the worst fantasy showing of his career. However, fantasy managers certainly weren't expecting Trenton Irwin, who had eight receptions, to outperform him. At this rate, Boyd is a flex option for only the most desperate fantasy managers in Week 6 versus Seattle, even if Higgins doesn't suit up.
