Tyler Allgeier Sees Double-Digit Carries Again
one year ago

Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier rushed the ball 16 times for 48 yards in the team's 25-24 victory over the Green Bay Packers. It was once again a healthy workload for the RB2 in Atlanta, who saw 15 carries in Week 1. This time around, the former fifth-round pick didn't see much running space. His 3.0 yards per carry tied for the second-lowest number in any game in his short career. Also unlike Week 1, Allgeier failed to score. The workload is still encouraging and it appears he will continue to split work with rookie Bijan Robinson. He'll be considered a flex candidate in Week 3 against the Detroit Lions.
