Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears has rushed 48 times for 248 yards and a touchdown and caught 28 passes for 178 yards. The rookie has posted at least a 50% snap share in seven of ten games this season, but that hasn't given him weekly fantasy value. However, the Titans are set to face the Carolina Panthers, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to running backs. Derrick Henry (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday. Although there's no indication he'll be out for Week 12, Spears would have RB1 upside if he's absent. Assuming Henry does suit up, consider Spears a low-end flex play for deep-league fantasy managers.
