Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell (concussion) has cleared concussion protocol and is expected to play against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football in Week 16. Atwell missed the Week 14 win over the Washington Commanders in concussion protocol. While his return provides the Rams with a field stretcher, the third-year pro remains off the fantasy radar. Atwell has not posted double-digit half-PPR fantasy points in a game since Week 4, and Demarcus Robinson is emerging as a solid rotational receiver. He is easily droppable at this point in the season. UPDATE: Atwell was listed as a full participant on Monday's estimated report.
