Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa continues to put up some disappointing performances against good teams but has also put on some masterclasses against average to bad teams. He has multiple weapons both in the backfield and out wide which gives him the opportunity to pick apart the Raiders just like Jared Goff did when he completed over 70% of his passes. Tagovailoa is currently the QB8 in fantasy points per game and has the luxury of throwing to the WR1, which means he still carries QB1 value despite the Raiders' pass-rushing abilities.
