Treylon Burks Still In Concussion Protocol
12 months ago

Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said that wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) is still in the league's concussion protocol and isn't at the level to where he will practice on Wednesday. Burks suffered a concussion in the Week 9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and didn't practice at all last week before being ruled out of the Week 10 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 23-year-old is off to a bad start when it pertains to his chances of playing this Sunday versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. If he remains out with a concussion, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips and Chris Moore will continue to battle for targets behind top wideout DeAndre Hopkins. Burks has so far been a first-round bust for the Titans in his two NFL seasons.
