Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks has hauled in just 16 of his 30 targets for 221 yards and no touchdowns in 10 games this season. He has continued to disappoint throughout his sophomore season, keeping him firmly off the fantasy radar against the Jacksonville Jaguars -- even in deep leagues. The Titans are in rebuild mode, so look for the team to add target competition behind DeAndre Hopkins next season.
