Treylon Burks Carted Off On Thursday

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (head) had to be carted off the field after suffering an apparent head injury during the fourth quarter of Thursday's game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. Burks couldn't haul in a deep fourth-down pass from quarterback Will Levis and his head then landed hard onto the turf. In a scary scene, the 23-year-old appeared motionless on the ground before he was removed on a cart. Burks encouragingly gave a thumbs up on his way out and sideline reporter Kaylee Hartung said he had full movement in all of his extremities, which is certainly a great sign. Burks' night ended with two receptions on three targets for 23 yards plus a five-yard carry, and we hope to provide updates on the second-year wideout as they become available. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Kyle Philips would have to step up for however long Burks potentially needs to recover.
