Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Trey Palmer (hip) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after practicing every day this past week. The rookie seems to have emerged as Tampa Bay's No. 3 wide receiver behind Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, especially after totaling 84 yards and one touchdown while playing 73 percent of offensive snaps in Week 17. He's an appealing dynasty stash but can be left on waivers for the final week of the season in redraft leagues.
