Trevor Siemian Throws Touchdown In Week 16 Win

New York Jets quarterback Trevor Siemian completed 27 of his 49 pass attempts for 217 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in a 30-28 win over the Washington Commanders. He also gained 18 yards on four carries but lost a fumble. Siemian posted modest numbers but led New York on multiple scoring drives, including one late in the fourth quarter that ended in a game-winning field goal. The 31-year-old could be in line for another start against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night, but it is assumed that Zach Wilson (concussion) would take back QB1 duties should he clear the league's concussion protocol in time.
