Trevor Lawrence's Availability Could Come Down To Pregame Workout
one year ago

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (knee) will test out his injured knee in pregame warmups to see if he's able to play against the Saints on Thursday Night Football. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, it could be a game-time decision. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport described Lawrence's knee sprain as "pretty slight." Backup C.J. Beathard would get the start if Lawrence is unable to play. The 29-year-old took most of the snaps with the first team during walkthroughs this week. Fantasy managers hoping to start Lawrence this week will need to check the inactive list 90 minutes before kickoff. For what it's worth, Lawrence is confident that he will suit up Thursday.
