Trevor Lawrence Practices With Knee Brace
one year ago

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Monday's estimated practice report. He was seen at practice on Tuesday wearing a knee brace but was likely a limited participant. The 24-year-old suffered a knee sprain in the Week 6 win over the Indianapolis Colts and has just a few days to be ready for the Thursday Night Football contest against the New Orleans Saints. If he can't play, C.J. Beathard would start for Jacksonville in a matchup with the No. 5 total defense in the NFL. Lawrence will be a riskier fantasy option if he's active due to the injury and tough matchup. Thursday night games often turn into ugly defensive battles, and the Saints' home-field advantage is tough to combat.
