Travis Kelce Breaks All-Time Record For Playoff Catches
10 months ago

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce dominated as the team downed the Baltimore Ravens 17-10 in Sunday's AFC Championship contest, catching all 11 of his targets for 116 yards and a touchdown. Kelce's second half may have been quiet, but his monster first half had a little bit of everything. The 34-year-old All-Pro came down with a clutch fourth-down pass, showed off tremendous body control to reel in his score, made a bit of a circus catch with quarterback Patrick Mahomes on the run, and set a new postseason record for all-time receptions by passing Jerry Rice on his seventh grab. Kelce hauled in each of his nine targets for 96 yards before calming down, but Sunday marked his first outing with double-digit catches since Week 7. With the win, Kelce and the Chiefs moved on to their fourth Super Bowl in the last five years and will defend their crown when they meet the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas on Feb. 11 for the big game.
