Texans Expect Ka'imi Fairbairn To Return This Week

The Houston Texans are expected to get starting kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn (quadriceps) back from Injured Reserve in Week 15 for the contest against the Tennessee Titans, according to a source. Fairbairn has missed the last five games with a strained right quadriceps muscle, but he's fully recovered now and is set to return to regular kicking duties for the Texans. Houston has been rolling with Matt Ammendola with Fairbairn sidelined. Ammendola made six of his nine field-goal tries and 10 of his 11 point-after attempts in the last five games. Fairbairn had been a pretty reliable kicking option in fantasy before his injury, but he won't be on the streaming radar for fantasy managers if quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) is forced to miss time.
