Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) returned to Sunday's matchup with the Chiefs. Higgins had three touchdowns in the last two games entering the contest, so he is likely starting in more fantasy lineups than in previous weeks. With the Bengals up four points midway through the third quarter, there's a good chance he'll see more than a few looks from Jake Browning throughout the remainder of the contest.
