Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) said he felt good at practice on Thursday and that the plan is to play on Monday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars, pending how the rest of the week goes. The Bengals practice again on Friday and Saturday before releasing their final injury report for Week 13. Higgins has missed the team's last three games, but he returned to practice on Thursday and appears ready to return this week. The 24-year-old pass-catcher had his first 100-yard game of the year in the Week 9 win over the Buffalo Bills. The following week, quarterback Joe Burrow (wrist) suffered a season-ending injury. Higgins appears to be on track to return on Monday night, but his fantasy stock for the rest of the year has plummeted with Burrow now gone.
