Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) was not seen at practice on Tuesday, according to beat writer Ben Baby of ESPN. The Bengals have not released their practice report yet but it's notable that Higgins was not seen during the media portion. This is noteworthy considering that Higgins missed Sunday's Week 10 loss to the Texans with a hamstring injury. The Bengals also play on Thursday Night Football in Week 11 against division rival Baltimore, so it's unlikely the 24-year-old wideout will play on a short week. Fantasy managers that roster Higgins should plan on playing someone else in Week 11. Cincinnati will rely on their WR trio of Ja'Marr Chase, Tyler Boyd, and Trenton Irwin in what is a must-win game against Baltimore on TNF. UPDATE: Higgins was listed as a DNP for the second straight day Tuesday.
