Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins didn't get the contract extension he sought during the offseason. As a result, he should have plenty of motivation to produce throughout the 2023-24 campaign. The 24-year-old is coming off consecutive 1,000-yard seasons, doing so despite the presence of Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd. Although Chase is the top target for quarterback Joe Burrow (calf), the Bengals' high-powered offensive attack should allow Higgins to remain involved consistently this year. Fantasy managers should consider Higgins a must-start in all formats. He should also see attention from DFS participants in Week 1, considering the AFC North showdown could be one of the highest-scoring games on the slate.
