Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell is not listed as a starter on the team's official pre-Week 1 depth chart. Instead, Robert Woods will start opposite Nico Collins, with Dell presumably third in the pecking order. Deepi Sidhu of the Texans' official site reports that Dell will operate as the primary punt returner ahead of Sunday's game against the Ravens. He is an appealing dynasty "buy" but isn't currently on the redraft radar.
