Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell (head) is officially inactive for Week 6 versus the New Orleans Saints. The rookie had been listed as questionable but was unable to clear concussion protocol in time for kickoff. Dell has appeared in five games this season, catching 19 passes for 324 yards and two touchdowns. In his absence, Houston's passing game will center around receivers Nico Collins and Robert Woods (rib).
