Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell returned from a concussion in Week 8 but failed to do much in the contest. In Week 9, Dell is a high-boom, high-bust play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since the rookie totaled a career-high 145 receiving yards in Week 3, he has followed it up with three rough performances. He has just seven catches for 89 yards combined in those games. However, facing a Buccaneers secondary that is allowing the ninth most fantasy points per game to wide receivers is good news for Dell. With four teams on bye in Week 9, the rookie is a flex option this weekend.
