Stefon Diggs Fights Off Slow Start For 86 Yards And A Score
one year ago

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs kept his foot on the gas in Week 9's 24-18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, catching six of his seven targets for 86 yards, a touchdown, and a two-point conversion. Diggs showed off his elusiveness when he took a pass from behind the line of scrimmage for a 34-yard gain on Buffalo's opening possession. He was not targeted for the remainder of the first half, as the Bills had trouble finding an offensive rhythm. But the 29-year-old superstar began to heat up after halftime, catching all three of his targets for 26 yards on the initial drive of the second half. Diggs later streaked his way into the end zone for a 17-yard fourth-quarter score before making a tough catch to convert the ensuing two-point try and send fantasy managers home happy. The All-Pro wideout is still yet to succumb to a single-digit half-PPR fantasy result this year, and he'll remain a high-floor WR1 in next Monday's home matchup with the Denver Broncos in Week 10.
