Spencer Rattler Declares For 2024 NFL Draft

University of South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler has declared for the 2024 NFL draft. Rattler began his college career at Oklahoma before transferring to South Carolina last year. He's had plenty of ups and downs in his collegiate career but finished with 10,807 passing yards and 77 touchdowns when it was all said and done. Overall, his NFL draft stock has cooled after his most impressive season was as a freshman in 2020 before he was eventually benched the following year. Rattler is a good athlete with a good arm, but his decision-making is questionable. As things currently stand, he's expected to be a late-round Day 3 selection in next year's draft.
