Skyy Moore Pops Up For Career-High 70 Yards, Scores In Win
one year ago

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Skyy Moore hauled in 3-of-4 targets for a career-high 70 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-9 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 22-year-old came down with a nine-yard score to give K.C. the lead near the first half's close. Moore then helped put the game away on a 54-yard catch-and-run in part by some nifty footwork by quarterback Patrick Mahomes to get it to him and sink whatever hopes remained of a potential Jacksonville rally. It was certainly a step in the right direction for Moore, who put up a goose egg in the season opener. With Kadarius Toney having trouble getting out of his own way, Moore will have another chance to earn Mahomes' trust in an advantageous Week 3 draw versus the Chicago Bears.
