The Seattle Seahawks put in a request to interview Houston Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik for their head-coaching job, according to a source. Slowik now has five head-coaching requests after impressing as a first-time play-caller with a rookie quarterback in 2023. He's also drawing interest from the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans and Washington Commanders. The Seahawks, meanwhile, have requested to interview eight head-coaching candidates after deciding to move on from long-time head coach Pete Carroll last week. In addition to getting ready for head-coaching interviews, Slowik will be preparing to face off against the Ravens on the road in Baltimore in the Divisional Round of the postseason this Saturday.
