Seahawks Plan To Interview Mike MacDonald

The Seattle Seahawks plan to interview Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike MacDonald for their head-coaching job this week if the Ravens lose to the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday's AFC Championship game, according to sources. If the Ravens win and advance to the Super Bowl, the Seahawks will have to wait to talk with MacDonald, but they seem willing to do so. Seattle spoke with Carolina Panthers defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero this weekend and also plan to meet with Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson for a second time early in the week. The Seahawks have also spoken with Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, Las Vegas Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham and New York Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka as they look to replace Pete Carroll in 2024.
