The Seattle Seahawks D/ST should be left on your bench in Week 8. While this unit checks in as the D/ST8 in fantasy, the Buffalo Bills are too scary of a matchup to justify rolling the dice. The Seahawks D/ST had a nice outing against a quality offense in the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7. They scored a touchdown and forced three turnovers. However, in games against the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions, this team has only averaged 1.5 fantasy points. The Bills should be able to move the ball on this defense. Additionally, Bills quarterback Josh Allen who is generally a turnover machine, has only committed two turnovers in 2024. He has yet to throw an interception this season after throwing at least 14 in each of the last three seasons. As such, it will take a touchdown for this D/ST to deliver in Week 8. Keep them out of your lineup.
