Saquon Barkley Given Another Questionable Designation
one year ago

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) has been given yet another questionable designation heading into Sunday night's game on the road in Buffalo against the Bills. Barkley was limited in practice all week again and will most likely be a true game-time decision in Week 6. The 26-year-old has not played since suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 2 and he'll be extremely risky as a bust candidate this weekend if he's active. Not only will Barkley face the prospect of having his snaps limited, but New York's terrible offensive line is still missing key pieces, and quarterback Daniel Jones (neck) has already been ruled out. Oh, and the matchup against Buffalo is not a good one. If Barkley misses yet another game, expect Matt Breida and rookie Eric Gray to share most of the backfield touches.
