The San Francisco 49ers D/ST has spent most of the season as a set-and-forget unit thanks to its talented pass rush, strong linebacker corps, and proclivity for forcing turnovers. San Francisco's defense is second in the league in turnovers forced and tops in the league with only 15.5 points allowed per game. While the 49ers were expected to be near the top of the league in sacks, that hasn't come to fruition although they've come on strong of late with 18 in their last four games. Philly hasn't been great at defending against sacks and have turned the ball over their fair share so San Francisco can be expected to collect a few points but will probably give many of those points away in leagues that count points against. The Eagles have scored the third-most points in the NFL, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect the low-score bonus they're used to. Start the 49ers if you must, but they're on the fringe in Week 13.
