Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta (calf) is officially active for Week 6 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The breakout rookie will suit up despite being listed as questionable. He ranks as the overall TE2 in fantasy football this season, catching 25 passes for 289 yards and three touchdowns. He should be started in all leagues once again this week, especially with fellow playmaking rookie Jahmyr Gibbs (hamstring) inactive.
