Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell has been benched after a rough outing against the New York Jets on Sunday. Before exiting, Howell completed 6-of-22 passing attempts for 56 yards with two interceptions. After that, the Commanders had seen enough and put in veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett under center. Brissett led the team to three touchdowns and even took the lead in the fourth quarter. It's tough to imagine the Commanders going back to Howell considering how well Brissett is looking right now. There should be more information on this situation following Sunday's game.
